Individual Counseling

  • Individual counseling is a therapeutic healing process for an individual. Counselors help with the healing process by providing professionally trained counseling techniques in a safe, confidential and supportive environment which helps the client express feelings, concerns and gain insight. Individual counseling is sought after for a wide variety of reasons, from coping with daily stressors to major life challenges, childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, or if someone is desiring personal growth. Individual counseling can be a rich experience. It can help you identify life patterns that may enhance or limit you. It can help bring healing, contentment, and enrichment. Note, counseling is not coaching. Counseling herein may have a higher level of treatment or care than coaching. All requests may not be suitable for online services and may be referred. Sessions are for adults only.

  • Sessions May Include:

    • Professional counseling, dignity, respect, supporitve atmosphere, empathy and motivation to reach your treatment goals
    • Strategies to overcome obstacles and personal challenges
    • Clinical diagnostic assessment
    • Treatment planning
    • Best practices, guidance, direction, information and suggestions
    • Brief counseling to locate and discern the problem, obtain a solution and prepare a plan of action to promote healing, serenity and goal achievement.
    • Resources to advance optima healing such as community workshops, physical community activities, consultations with doctors if deemed needed and other therapist if 7th session* is needed.

    • Brief/Solution-Focus Therapy (only 1-6 sessions*) After the 6th session and improvements are seen, clients may opt to be on an as needed basis if another concern arrive or for a check-up.

    • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
    • Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping & and many more methods of therapy to support you towards higher mental stability.
